At Wild Rhino Shoes, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Shipping Rates

• Australia:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
  • Flat rate of $10 AUD for orders under $100 AUD.

• New Zealand:

  • Flat rate of $25 AUD per order.

Delivery Times

• Australia: 3–10 working days from dispatch.
• New Zealand: 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Note: Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as COVID-19 or extreme weather conditions. Wild Rhino Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

Delivery Information

• All orders are delivered via registered Australia Post.
• We recommend providing a work or daytime address where someone can accept delivery.
• If no one is available, a card will be left, and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.
• We happily deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

Wild Rhino Shoes does not take responsibility for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Import Duty and Taxes

For New Zealand orders, duty and taxes may apply upon arrival. Your goods will not be released until these fees are paid. We recommend checking with local customs before placing your order.
