Full-Priced Items*

• Eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Full price items purchased with a promotional code are still eligible for a refund.
• Must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
• Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return by mail

If you are in Australia, use our returns portal to initiate the return process with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Print the return label and deliver your return to a listed location.

Note: A flat $10.95 shipping fee applies per order for all refunds.

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
